Introductory call
Before any paid consulting, we start with a short introductory call. It gives us a chance to understand the basics of your business, your current digital presence and the needs that may be worth exploring.
How we start
The introductory call and the pre-meeting questionnaire give us the context we need. If there is a clear reason to continue, we can move into a paid strategic consulting appointment with a roadmap and specific direction.

You fill in a short form before the call, so we do not spend the meeting collecting only basic information.
If there is a reason to continue, we schedule a separate paid session for meaningful strategic consulting.
If you continue with us for services after the consultation, the fee is deducted from the final service price.

The paid consulting appointment is where we move beyond general conversation. You receive a roadmap, practical advice and a clear recommendation for how we think the business should move forward.

If you continue with us for services, the consultation fee is deducted.
